Kiren nuzzled Lani gentely and murrmered, "Okay, I'll be right back okay?" She said in a nurturing voice. Lani snorted inpatiently and pawed at the ground. Kiren giggled and kissed Lani one more time before going into the tack room. She took down her bright green saddle blanket and the purple bridle the the reins attached. She would come back for the saddle later. Kiren lay the saddle blanket on the ridged back of the palimino and fit the bit into the lage mouth of the beast. Lani snorted and shook her head but Kiren held on and soon prevailed. Lani chewed at the forgien object in her mouth but stayed still neverless. Even though she loved the Equestrian professer very much she still made her wear a helmet though she had been riding since she was 7.
Kiren swung up on Lani and nudged her gently out of the stables and on to a dirt road. She soon trotted, cantered, then reached full gallop. Lani nickered to slow down and Kiren obeyed. She lead Lani to the stream and got off to give Lani some rest time. She went under a tree where a bench and some shade lay underneath. This was why she came. Her horse grazing, the clear blue sky peaking out from the trees and the cold bench telling her to sti and relax. This was what she lived for...
